Seems like there is a bug related to opening chest in very first chapter of the game - if you come too close to the chest it starts moving, and if it's pushed against the wall action button mentioned in instruction ("E") is not working.
its part of the game you need to push the chest in the bucket in order to get the key and the unlock it!!
